How do I get started?

  1. Navigate to TSB Marketplace and follow the directions to the Booking.com deal.
  2. Log in to or register for Booking.com.
  3. Search for destination and preferred accommodation.
  4. Complete the booking.
  5. The reward will be credited to your Booking.com wallet at least 64 calendar days after the completion of stay in the accommodation, to be redeemed towards a booking.

1. The offer is only available to TSB customers and will only apply to bookings made through Booking.com having navigated via TSB Marketplace. Bookings made via www.booking.com directly are not eligible for the Travel Credits. If you have the booking.com app you may be redirected to complete your booking, in which case the reservation will have to be finalised within the next 24 hours for you to be eligible for Travel Credits.

2. Accommodations that do not accept credit cards as a mode of payment are not eligible.

3. Cancelled and “no show” bookings are not eligible.

4. The Travel Credits will be due and paid directly by Booking.com at least 64 days after completion of stay in the accommodation and the actual amount is based on 4% of the price of your booking, and the local currency of the partner.

5. £200 is the maximum amount of Travel Credits a customer can earn per booking.

6. Travel Credits have a validity period of 24 months.

7. Bookings can only be made from the following countries to be eligible for Travel Credits: UK, Ireland, US, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Spain or Portugal.

8. Taxes (including VAT, sales tax, tourist tax and city tax), and other fees and charges (service charges, food and beverage, room service, etc.) may not be taken into account for the calculation of the final Travel Credits. The exchange rate at the time of payment will also affect the final amount of Travel Credits.

9. The offer is subject to terms and conditions of Booking.com. In case of dispute, the decision of Booking.com and TSB Bank shall be final.
